We provide engineering and design services including, but not limited to:

  • Mechanical design and CAD modelling

  • Product development support

  • Design for manufacture (DFM) advice embedded within design work

  • Prototyping coordination and support

  • Engineering consultancy services

All services are provided based on project-specific agreements, quotations, or written confirmation.

3. Quotations and pricing

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise)

  • Prices may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and revisions required

  • Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Project scope and changes

  • All work will be based on an agreed scope at the start of a project

  • Any changes to requirements may affect cost and delivery time

  • We reserve the right to re-quote if the project scope changes significantly

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project

  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

  • Ensure you have rights to any data, drawings, or materials you supply

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.

6. Intellectual property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of all design methods, templates, and reusable engineering knowledge

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use final deliverables for their intended purpose

  • We may retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise

7. Payment terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed per project and stated on invoices or quotations

  • Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days

  • We reserve the right to pause work if payments are overdue

8. Delivery and timelines

  • Project timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed

  • Delays caused by third parties or client response times are outside our control

  • We will always communicate changes to expected delivery where possible

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profit, business interruption)

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

  • Engineering outputs must be reviewed and validated by the client before use in manufacturing or production

10. Third-party services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g. CAD software, cloud storage, email providers). We are not responsible for issues arising from these services.

11. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

12. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except where required to deliver services or by law.

If required, a separate confidentiality agreement (NDA) may be used for specific projects.

13. Termination of services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Payment terms are not met

  • There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour

  • The project becomes unfeasible or outside our capabilities

Any work completed up to termination will be invoiced.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
